Conference registration will be available from 19.00hrs to 22.30 on sunday evening at the Greek Taverna 12-14 Holyhead Road, Bangor (map here opens in a new browser window) or in the Main Arts foyer (map here opens in a new browser window) Monday to Thursday. The Main Arts building is building number 9 highlighted in mauve on the map.
For delegates with oral presentations at the conference please note that you should submit your presentations, on a CD or USB key, which must be submitted to the conference registration desk. For *monday speakers, presentations must be submitted during the sunday night registration.*Under exceptional circumstances (e.g. for delegates arriving later than 22:30 on Sunday evening), presentations can be submitted on Monday morning at the conference reception desk. However, this must be no later than 08:15 and we require an email by the 1st September confirming that you will be submitting your presentation on the Monday morning.
